Chef Philippe is an undiscovered gem in the Chamonix valley. I have had the pleasure of working with Philippe on two occasions. Philippe is very knowledgeable of the local produce and fare, and prepares exceptional dishes using only the best products. Drawing on his broad culinary knowledge, Philippe will prepare meals that will tantalize any palate, though his tournedos rossini should never be missed. He is exceptionally accommodating and welcoming, and with Philippe one is amongst family. He adds to the vacation experience by making his meals an exploration of local products and recipes. I can’t imagine visiting Chamonix without engaging Philippe’s services.
