Spending Christmas week in Chamonix has now become a family tradition, and the tradition has also started with Philippe spending all week with the 9+ of us, cooking us incredible meals every day. He is a wonderful chef, so professional, friendly and easy to talk to. He also doesn\’t mind when we hover over him watching him cook and smelling the delicious aromas, is always happy to share his secrets and techniques, as well as let you assist in putting together his works of art! Philippe makes our Christmas week such a joy, and our family so looks forward to every year with him. Course after course, the flavours and dishes that Philippe produces are extraordinary.
